01 General Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Joyanand platform and all its services. It is each user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms before accessing the platform via the Joyanand website, mobile app, or any other channel.
Joyanand ("we", "us") is an online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.
- Joyanand reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If any term is unclear, please contact our support team.
- The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the authoritative version.
02 Account Registration
To open an account with Joyanand, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure.
What you need to register
- Active Bangladeshi mobile number
- Valid National ID (NID) or passport
- A Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account (registered in the same name)
- An active email address
One Person, One Account
Each person may only register one Joyanand account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts and balances will be permanently forfeited.
Warning: Opening an account using someone else's information is a criminal offence. Joyanand is obligated to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
03 Age & Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and place bets on Joyanand. Age will be verified at the time of registration and at any stage through KYC verification.
- Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately.
- All transactions made from a minor's account will be considered void.
- It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing this platform.
Additionally, users from countries or regions where Joyanand does not legally operate are not permitted to open an account.
04 Deposits & Payments
Joyanand currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

- No extra fees on deposits.
- The name on the payment account must match the name on the Joyanand account.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.
05 Withdrawal Policy
Joyanand processes withdrawals for verified accounts within 45 minutes. Full KYC verification is required before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum Withdrawal (Daily): ৳2,00,000
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
- Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

06 Bonuses & Promotions
Joyanand offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotions page.
General Bonus Terms
- To withdraw a bonus, you will generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 5x–10x.
- The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the account will be closed.
- Joyanand reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Please Note: Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
07 Betting Rules
There are a few basic rules you must follow when betting on Joyanand. These rules apply equally to all users.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Pre-match bets close before the event begins.
- Odds in live betting can change at any time.
- Joyanand reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- Using the cashout feature, when available, is entirely at the user's discretion.
Bet Settlement
Bets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the result being announced. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of the relevant sports governing body is final.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joyanand. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using or lending out another user's account
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Participating in odds manipulation or match fixing
- Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the bonus system
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Harassing or defrauding other users
09 Account Closure & Suspension
Joyanand may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Any violation of the terms and conditions
- If KYC verification fails or false information is found
- Suspicious financial activity
- Long-inactive accounts (12 months)
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to fraud.
10 Limitation of Liability
Joyanand is not liable for the following:
- Bets Lost Due to Internet Disconnection
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
- Issues caused by your device or browser
- Account access by an unauthorized third party
In any claim, Joyanand's maximum liability is limited to the total balance held in your account.
11 Privacy & Data Protection

- KYC information is used solely for verification purposes.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact
Joyanand reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via SMS to their registered mobile number and by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
